Spinio £200 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway -Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the monthly Spinio £200 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (“Contest”) operated by Spinio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Employees, partners, affiliates, or immediate family members of Spinio are not eligible to enter.
- Participation is void where prohibited by law.
- Only users who have successfully created a Spinio account are eligible to enter the raffle.
2. How to Enter
- To participate, a user must:
- Sign up to the Spinio mailing list via the website pop-up form.
- Create a Spinio account through the chatbot platform.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- One entry per user, per monthly draw.
3. Prize Details
- Each month, one (1) winner will be selected at random.
- The winner will receive a £200 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
4. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be selected at random on the first business day of each month from all eligible entries from the previous calendar month.
- Winners will be contacted via the email address provided between the 5th and 15th of the following month.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
5. Publicity & Privacy
- By entering, participants agree to the use of their first name and city for promotional purposes unless they request otherwise.
- All personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that:
- Are incomplete, false, or misleading
- Are made by bots or automated means
- Violate any part of these Terms
7. Modifications or Termination
Spinio reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control or if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
