I Tried This FREE AI Casino Chatbot
Here’s What Happened

Is it just me, or does it seem like finding good online casino recommendations and gaming tips is hard to come by these days? Yeah, sure, there’s lots of review sites and gambling portals in the UK. But lately, it feels like if I’ve read one online casino guide, I’ve read them all.
I think the problem is that most recommendations on the internet are driven by affiliates. In other words, people telling us what casinos to try because they’ll get paid for it—not because they’re genuinely the best options for us.
Recently, I’d vented my frustration to my friend, and she told me to try Spinio.
Spinio is an AI chatbot— “The Smart Online Casino Assistant” to be exact. It promises to help “get the best casinos, bonuses, and advice” through the power of artificial intelligence.
Admittedly, I’m not the biggest AI fan, but I was intrigued and ready to try something new to help me enhance my online casino experience. I hoped using data-driven technology to get results would prove more efficient/helpful compared to my recent (and disappointing) casino search experiences.
Here’s what happened when I tried the Spinio chatbot.
First Impressions of Spinio
Spinio is the first AI chatbot for casinos I’ve used. Upon visiting the Spinio site, I noticed straightaway how simple and clean it was. This impressed me because I’m used to seeing online casino guide sites and tools annoyingly smothered in text and ads.
Spinio sign up page
The second thing I noticed about Spinio was that I had the option to sign up or continue as a guest. Both provide access to the same search tools.

Personally, I opted to sign up because it’s free and it comes with these added benefits:
- Weekly tips
- Casino and offer updates
- Feature updates
- Chats are saved (I can access my chat history, which I really like because I can finetune my results and avoid making the same inquiry twice)
Signing up takes mere seconds and requires only an email and password (or you can conveniently signup directly through Google – which was my preference).
Spinio’s Features:
Once signed in, I had full access to the chatbot’s features and was greeted with a user-friendly layout and responsive, intuitive interface.
I liked that I could immediately ask Spinio a question or select one of the available topic options:

- Find Casinos (find your perfect casino match by answering four questions).
- Find Games (find your ideal game by answering a short series of questions).
- Slot Tracker (find real-time results based on RTP, volatility, highest payout, etc).
- Bonus Calculator (a convenient feature to help you better understand bonus offers).
- Learn More (insight into common questions asked about online casinos).
My Questions & Spinio’s Answers
During my initial use of the Spinio chatbot, I first wanted to see what would happen if I asked it a general question.
My first question – “Ask Spinio”
Via the “Ask Spinio” chat box I asked, “what is the top rated UK online casino right now?”
It took several seconds for it to generate an answer, but eventually responded with, “Here’s what we found in UK online casinos!” I was provided with a list of three casinos (to start): Betfred, The Hippodrome Casino, and PlayOJO. I also had the option to:
- Load more results
- View each of the listed casino’s welcome offers, available game types, and payment methods
- Explore my query further with suggested topics like “Find UK casinos established after 2020 with live chat support” – “Find online casinos that offer free spins bonus over £50” – and so on.

I was pleased with its concise response and delighted that it gave additional practical information (from current casino bonus offers to game types).
Beyond providing a list of casino sites, I hadn’t been expecting Spinio to do anything other than maybe provide the usual AI chatbot pat answer— “can I help you with something else?”. It was a pleasant surprise and worth the several seconds wait.
My second question – “Find Games”
Next, I was curious to see what game tips/suggestions Spinio would provide. This time, instead of directly asking the chatbot through Ask Spinio, I used its “Find Games” search function.

Selecting this tab opened a new screen where I was greeted with— “Tell us what games you like so we can recommend the perfect match! What type of games are you looking for?”
I could pick from “Slots”, “Table Games”, “Live Casino”, or “Other”.
I picked slots and could choose from “Popular”, “New” or “All”— I chose popular.
I was then asked to select a theme I enjoy: “Adventure & History”, “Fantasy & Magic”, “Wildlife & Nature”, “Food & Riches”, or “All”— I picked Adventure & History
Next, I got to pick which slot volatility level I prefer (low, medium, high, or all)— I chose medium.
Spinio revealed three results: Zeus (Williams Interactive), Thunderstruck (Games Global), and Da Vinci Diamonds (IGT). As was the case with my UK online casino search, I was supplied with bonus titbits for each result:
- Game info (release date, provider, theme, rtp, volatility)
- Features (number of reels, paylines, free spins, min/max bet)
- Find casinos that offer the game

Personalized Casinos Recommendations
After my initial questions and answers test, I wanted to test Spinio’s ability to personalize recommendations. Specifically, I wanted to see how well it could recommend a casino tailored to my preferences.
First, I used the “Find Casinos” function, where Spinio is supposed to provide my prefect casino match after I answer four questions.
My answers to those questions told the chatbot I was looking for:
- A popular casino
- With slot games
- With E-Wallet payments
- With a mixed welcome bonus
The top result I got was The Hippodrome Online Casino (followed by 888 Ladies and Karamba). Wanting to verify the accuracy of the result, I headed to Hippodrome to investigate what it offered. Based on the preferences I told Spinio, the chatbot was spot on— right down to the mixed bonus offer (which was accurate)*

Next, I made this specific request via the “Ask Spinio” chat box— “I want to find a UK online casino that has e-wallet, a no-deposit bonus, and table games.”
This returned three results: Grand Mondial, Online Casino London, and Betfair. The first two turned out to be a bust for no-deposit bonuses. Only Betfair currently offered a no-deposit offer (which did match the one Spinio listed).

Bottom line: The top three results of both searches did lead me to at least one online casino that matched my preferences, but it wasn’t always the very first result listed.
Testing Spinio’s Exclusive Features & Tools
Perhaps the most interesting element of the Spinio chatbot, is its two exclusive features: Slot Tracker and Bonus Calculator.
Slot Tracker
I love slots, but finding something fresh to play that suits my tastes isn’t always easy because (as you know if you like slots, too) there are literally thousands of games available. Spinio’s Slot Tracker feature provides real-time results tailored to these specific slot factors:
- Newest
- Highest RTP
- Best Payout
- High Volatility
- Biggest Jackpots
- Megaways

I found the real-time data for the other categories to be quite accurate and useful.
For instance, through Slot Tracker’s “Biggest Jackpots” I found Relax Gaming’s Midnight Marauder Dream Drop, which has a jackpot of £1,680,108. Spinio also pointed me to casinos where I’d be able to play it.

Bonus Wagering Calculator
Due to complex rules and bonus wagering requirements, understanding bonus offers can be tricky. Spinio’s Bonus Calculator uncomplicates it by instantly calculating the total bonus amount, starting balance, and how much you’ll need to wager to withdraw winnings.
I tried it out using The Hippodrome Online Casino welcome offer which (at the time I initially tried Spinio) was a 100% match deposit (up to £100) – minimum £20 deposit – 50x bonus wagering requirements.
I plugged all the details into the corresponding Bonus Calculator fields:
- Deposit amount: 50 (enter the amount you intend to deposit)
- Bonus Match Percentage: 100
- Wagering Requirements: 50
- Game Contribution: 100%

The results revealed that I would receive a £50 bonus (for a total playable balance of £100) and be required to wager £2,500 to clear the wagering requirements.
Those results were a real eye opener for me and helped put bonus wagering into perspective. They made me think twice about wanting to claim that offer considering how much I’d have to wager to be able to withdraw any winnings from that bonus.
Conclusion: My Verdict
On the whole, I’m super-impressed with the Spinio chatbot’s personalised casino recommendations. While it’s not perfect (it could be slightly speedier and results aren’t always accurate 100% of the time), it is incredibly user-friendly and advantageous to players.
Spino provides no nonsense, data-driven, real-time answers. There’s no additional blather that’s become part and parcel to today’s average online casino guide. And you don’t have to scroll through endless text or bypass constant ads to find what you’re looking for. It’s a solid – ask questions and get direct results based on those questions -system.
If you’ve never tried an AI chatbot for casinos or found one you like, I highly recommend you check out Spinio.
It’s free, it’s easy to use, and – like in my experience – it might just be the key to helping you find your next favourite casino or game or improve your online casino experience and gameplay.
